Two young Iranian women fill out their ballots in a polling station of north Tehran 18 February 2000 as Iran votes to elect a new parliament. Iran's reformers are claiming a certain win in the sixth parliamentary elections since the 1979 Islamic revolution, predicting they would capture more than 60 percent of the vote to win control of the parliament over the conservatives.
