| Chapter 5 - Determination of locations of polling station |
| Article
53: |
| Immediately after the election of the main and substitute trustees and formation of executive board, the executive boards, in keeping with the Article 36 of the Law, shall hold meeting for determination of the number and location of nomination centers and polling stations. They shall then write up a process-verbal and shall announce to the governor general through the governor generals of constituencies. |

54: |
| The central executive boards, after receiving the process-verbal for determination of nomination centers and polling stations, shall study and approve of them and also shall determine the nomination centers and polling stations and shall write up the relevant process-verbal. |

1: |
| Establishment of nomination centers in the historical buildings is forbidden. |
| Note
2: |
| Other than the exceptional cases in Note 2 of the Article 40 of the Law, the number and location of nomination centers and polling stations of the second phase, shall be the same number and location of the nomination offices in the first phase and any change in this regard shall be forbidden. |

55: |
| The governor generals, immediately after receiving the process-verbal for determining the nomination center and polling station from the central executive board, shall take steps to publish campaign notices according to the legal time stipulated in the Article 38 of the Law such that 9 days before election, the election notices are published in all the polling stations. |
| Note: |
| Governor generals of Tehran and Isfahan as governor generals of religious minorities can entrust the duty of publication of election notices to the governor general of religious minorities. |
| Article
56: |
| Governor generals shall take step to stick the election notices on streets by means of the facilities of the police force, municipality and other local forces. |

57: |
| Governor generals of polling stations, in keeping with the Article 39 of the Law, shall send 3 copies of the published notices to the state election office and one copy to the governor general's election office for the necessary measures to be taken. The state election office shall send a copy of these notices to the central supervisory committee. |
| Article 58: |
| The executive boards of polling stations and sub-polling stations, in keeping with the Article 40 of the Law, shall write up the relevant proces verbal of determination of the members of nomination cetners and polling station. In the crowded centers, instead of 5 members, 7 members can be determined as the election center members upon decision of the executive board. |

| Based on the Note 4 of the Article 32 of the Law, the membership of those who have violated in elections shall be prevented. |

2: |
| On the strength of the Article 32 of the Law, members of nomination centers and polling station should not have relationship with the nominees. |

59: |
| The governor general, in consideration of the process-verbal of the executive board on determination of the nomination centers, members and polling station, shall take step to issue their notifications and shall invite them to take control of the polling stations. |
| Article 60: |
| The governor generals, after invitation of the members and shall form training classes to train the members on how to nominate and handle the affairs of election. The trained members shall be sent to the polling stations one day before election and shall prepare the stations after election of a presiding board. |
| Article 61: |
| The governor general shall send out tariffs, election papers and seal of election and other means of election at the disposal of the center members who are in the remote areas. Delivery of the above items to the members of nomination center and polling station in the cities will be on the same day and a few hours before election. |

62: |
| The governor general of polling stations, shall issue the notification of the governor general in keeping with the Article 41 of the Law. |

| The governor general shall delegate the power of appointment of representative to the governor general of sub-polling stations. |

| The governor generals, at least 5 days before election, shall explain the duties of the proxies of the governor general and shall give them the necessary trainings. |

| Governor generals shall use the employees of the governor general or other public sector offices for appointment of their proxies. |

| In case of appointment and written introduction of the supervisory for each nomination center and polling station by the central supervisory committee, the governor general shall send them to the center and polling station with other members. |
| Article 63: |
| The governor general, for protecting the nomination centers and polling station shall elect some officers from the police office and shall notify the election centers to them and shall send them together with the center members and proxy of the governor general to the place of election. |
| Note: |
| Police office, if necessary, upon approval of the relevant council, shall use the police forces to protect the nomination centers and polling station. |
